Villarrica
Vase planted by Fernando Gisi, March 12, 2015

“After crossing the border on foot from Foz do Iguaçu and finding the bus station in Ciudad del Este, I went on to Villarrica, arriving at night – a quite nice small city – then right away went walking to find a suitable place to dig. After some walking, the place found was near this old church, symbol of the city – which had an invitingly open gate to its grounds, and no one around. The dim lighting was good enough to be inconspicuous and to dig.   So, after placing the vase and some prayers I went on to the next gas station to wash my hands.”
