Rome, Italy
Vase planted by Maura Santangelo, Eric and Marie Crivelli on Octobre 18th, 2018.

For Rome, capital of Italy, a highly archeological city with millenary history and very rich archaeological subsoil, we chose one of the largest public parks of the city, Parco Villa Ada Savoia. It has an artificial lake and many trees, including a very rare metasequoia imported from Tibet in 1940. During the summer the park hosts a world-music festival and a festival for peace, against racism, war and death penalty. We found a place surrounded by wonderful umbrella pines.
