Tunka Valley
Vase planted by Zoriktueva Snezhana, Kuzmin Anton and Rudashevskaya Viktoriya, July 19th, 2017

The peace vase was planted on the auspicious Dakinis Day (25th moon day) at a sacred spot named “Burhan-Bave” of the Tunka Valley, at the foot of the rocky Sayan Mountains. This place is a powerful holy site for both local Buddhist and Shamanists, known since hundreds of years ago. This place looks like a huge sandy hill at the foot of the rocky Sayan Mountains. The lands of Buryatia have a lot of urgent ecological problems like massive forest fires devastating millions of square kilometers of the Taiga woods. The Sayan Mountans have had a number of recent forest fires which harmed the area a lot. We hope that the planting of the Peace Vase here will be helpful to ending

the ecological problems of Sayan Mountian region.

With a profound filling of the respect to all Treasures Great Teachers – Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, his holiness Dalai Lama XIV and our direct masters Bogdo Gegen Rimpoche and Geshe Jampa Tinley, who give the nectar of Dharma for all suffering beings. We gladly planted a Peace Vase at the Sayan Mountains praying for the happiness of all alive beings.
